This is a new feature within Interac e-Transfer service. You can request money from anyone within Canada that owes you money. This can be done by text, email, or by online banking. When the request is fulfilled, there is a notification sent as soon as the funds become available in the requestors account.
This feature allows you to receive money transfers safe and securely. When someone sends you funds, it will automatically be deposited to your account and you will not have to answer a security question.
Once your email is registered within the Interac e-Transfer service and you receive your e-Transfer, the money will be in your account.
