Please be advised that effective January 27th, 2020 the Prairies Basket™ offering includes Ovintiv Inc, replacing Encana Corporation.
The substitution is in response to the recently completed reorganization which resulted in Encana Corp (i) establishing its corporate domicile in the U.S. and (ii) rebranding under the name Ovintiv Inc. The reorganization will result in a share exchange, involving one share of common stock of Ovintiv for every five common shares of Encana.
All existing Prairies Basket™ Equity – Linked Term Deposit series offered prior to January 27th, 2020 will be adjusted to reflect the terms of the restructuring. All subsequent offerings will reference Ovintiv Inc. shares on an equal weighting basis relative to overall basket composition.
