Please be advised that effective February 18, 2021 the Prairies Basket™ offering will include TC Energy Corporation.

The addition is in response to the recently removed Husky Energy Inc. following the acquisition from Cenovus Energy Inc. which will continue to be included in the Prairies Basket.

All existing Prairies Basket™ Equity – Linked Term Deposit series offered prior to February 18, 2021 will be adjusted to reflect the above acquisition.  All subsequent offerings will include TC Energy Corporation shares on an equal weighting basis relative to overall basket composition.
