Position:
Service Support and Back Office Admin

Purpose of Position:
Support all operations of the administration and service support functions of the credit union.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):
Enhanced Member Service Administration:
- Provide technical direction in member service areas.
- Handle administrative tasks.
- Help with credit union projects.
Member-Centric Solutions, Marketing, and Promotion:
- Communicate product and service information.
- Differentiate credit union offerings based on member needs.
- Stay updated on all credit union services and products.
Department/Work Unit/Credit Union Support:
- Manage accounts payable, reconciliations, month end.
- Lead member service, and administration meetings.
- Lead and collaborate with auditors during audits.
- Collaborate with other departments for efficiency and compliance.
